Dr. Christensen began her education at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, where she received her Bachelor of Science in biology. She went on to achieve her medical degree from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio.
After this, Dr. Christensen completed her podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Ascension St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where she also received credentials in reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery.
Dr. Christensen is board-eligible through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She holds certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support and basic life support by the American Heart Association.
Dr. Christensen enjoys working alongside the team at C&S Foot and Ankle. She speaks English and Spanish and welcomes families and individuals of all ages to receive the utmost foot and ankle care they deserve.
When she’s not helping patients, Dr. Christensen loves spending time with her husband, traveling, working out, playing tennis, and trying new restaurants.
